Whimsy defined: A neighbor kid from back home in San Diego tries to take flight with balloons left over from the annual neighborhood New Years Day Parade. Luke thought that if he got up some speed on his skateboard he would get some air. Next year, he says, is his year. He'll get more balloons and fly to space!
